Standard
- Preheat oven with dutch oven inside for 45min to 250deg
- Put bread in and reduce to 230deg
- After 20-30 min remove lid and steam
- Continue baking for another 20-35 minutes
Double backing
For a more intense crust.
- Bake as normal and let the bread cool down for about 1h
- Preheat oven to 250 deg
- Place bread in oven on grid / Rost
- Bake at 250deg for 10-15 minutes
